Overview of the Program
UChicago Medicine's Global Health Executive Training program is an annual signature program designed to share our expertise in hospital management and operations with healthcare executives from around the world. This year’s training program spotlights best practices of hospital management at the University of Chicago’s world-class academic medical center.
During this five day training, our experienced executives will lead engaging lectures and small group discussions. Outside the classroom, trainees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive sessions such as Gemba learning and behind the scenes tours. In the evening, attendees will join peers and UChicago Medicine leadership in a variety of networking events

This program is designed for top management (e.g., C-suite) and senior physician leaders in international hospitals
